Description
Pegboard holes dictate where things go and the hooks fall out when you lift a tool. A continuous slot does not: a hook slides to where the tool actually belongs and locks with a quarter turn.
The track takes the load into the wall through four fixings rather than through a sheet of hardboard, so a heavy item can hang anywhere along it rather than only near a stud.
Tracks butt end to end without a visible joint if you add more later.
