What we collect, and why

Card details
We never see, handle or store your full card number. Card data is entered into a
PCI‑DSS compliant payment form operated by our payment processor and is transmitted
directly to them. What reaches us is a confirmation that the payment succeeded, the card
type, and the last four digits for reconciliation.
Who else sees your data
- Our payment processor — to take and settle the payment.
- Delivery carriers — name, address and telephone, for delivery only.
- Our accountants — transaction records for statutory accounts.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do not
trade mailing lists.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep your basket and your session working and cannot be turned
off without breaking checkout. Analytics cookies are optional and are only set if you accept
them. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the basket will stop
remembering you.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to erase it, where we are not required to keep it for tax.
- Object to marketing — immediate, no reason needed.
- Ask for your data in a portable format.
Write to support@ilzelindustries.store. We respond within thirty days.
California residents have the rights described under the CCPA, including the right not to be
discriminated against for exercising them; we apply the same handling to everyone.
Security and retention
The site is served over TLS. Administrative access is restricted and individually
credentialed. Order records are kept seven years to meet United States tax record-keeping
requirements, then deleted. Marketing contacts are removed on request immediately.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will post the revised version here with the date it
takes effect. Continued use of the site after that date is acceptance of the revision.

Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from
anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete
it.
Automated decision-making
We do not profile customers and we make no automated decisions that produce a legal or
similarly significant effect. Our payment processor runs automated fraud scoring on card
transactions; where that results in a declined payment, you can contact us and we will review
it by hand.
International transfers
Our systems and our payment processor operate in the United States. If you order from
outside the United States, your data is processed there. We use providers that contract to
recognised safeguards for any transfer of personal data.
If there is a breach
If personal data we hold is exposed in a way likely to put you at risk, we will tell you
directly and without undue delay, and we will tell you what was exposed, what we have done,
and what we recommend you do. We will not wait for a disclosure deadline to do it.
Marketing
We only send marketing email to people who asked for it. Every message has a working
one-click unsubscribe and we action it immediately rather than within the ten business days
the law allows. Unsubscribing from marketing never stops transactional email about an order
you have placed.
