1. Who you are contracting with
These terms govern your purchase from Ilzel Industries LLC
of 18331 Pines Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33029, United States, trading as Ilzel Industries.
Placing an order means you accept them.
2. Orders and acceptance
Adding goods to a basket and paying is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we
send the dispatch email, not when the order is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order we will
tell you and refund in full; we will not substitute a different product without asking.
3. Pricing
- Prices are in United States dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.
- Shipping is shown before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
- If a price is obviously wrong through a clerical error, we may cancel and refund rather than honour it. We will tell you before doing so.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor. Card statements show
ILZEL INDUSTRIES. We do not store card numbers. We do not run recurring
charges and nothing on this site creates a subscription.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title
passes when payment has cleared in full. Where a carrier fails, we deal with the carrier; you
deal with us.
6. Returns
Set out in full on the Returns and Cancellations page, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing there reduces any statutory right you have.
7. Warranty and liability
Goods carry a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defect in normal use. Wear from
ordinary use, misuse, modification and consumable depletion are excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount
paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Correct use
Hand tools, power accessories and workshop equipment can injure a careless user. Follow
the manufacturer’s instructions, use eye protection where it is indicated, and do not put a
tool to a use it was not built for. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from misuse.
9. Intellectual property
The text, photography and design on this site belong to Ilzel Industries LLC and may not be
reproduced commercially without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. Any
dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

12. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted
access. Maintenance, a hosting failure or a network fault may make it unavailable without
notice. We are not liable for loss arising from the site being unreachable.
13. Accuracy of content
We take care that descriptions, specifications and photographs are accurate. Photographs
are representative; small differences in finish or hardware may occur between production runs.
Where a difference would matter to the purchase, we state it on the product page.
14. Quantity limits
We may limit the quantity of a line available to a single order or customer, particularly
where stock is short. If we reduce a quantity after an order is placed, we tell you first and
you may cancel the whole order for a full refund.
15. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security or its availability.
- Do not scrape pricing or content for commercial republication.
- Do not place orders using a payment method you are not authorised to use.
- Do not submit another person’s personal data as a delivery address without their knowledge.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe any of the above applies.
16. Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a charge, contact us first. We can identify an order and refund it
the same business day where a refund is due. Raising a bank dispute without contacting us
typically takes six to ten weeks to resolve and costs us a fee either way; we would rather
simply refund you.
17. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
If we do not enforce a right on one occasion, that is not a waiver of it.
18. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the moment you
place your order, and a later revision does not change the terms of an order already placed.
