Description
The tab unsnaps. Every pouch that makes you take your belt off to remove it ends up left on the bench on the day you need it.
Waxed canvas holds its shape open, so you can get a hand in without using the other one to hold the mouth. Seams are bar-tacked at both top corners, which is where a loaded pouch tears first.
The wax re-melts under a hairdryer if the finish goes patchy.
The base is a separate panel of doubled canvas rather than a folded continuation of the body, so the corner that takes the weight of a hundred screws is two layers and a seam instead of one crease.
