Description
Small castors are what make a loaded cabinet feel immovable — they catch on every cable and expansion joint. These are 100mm, which clears both.
Two of the four lock. The cabinet and the top chest key alike, so one key closes both units rather than leaving you with two that look identical.
Drawers run on ball-bearing slides at full extension, and the deep lower pair take a 25kg load each without the front bowing.
The worktop is a 25mm hardwood slab rather than a pressed steel lid, so it can be clamped to, drilled into and eventually planed flat again. A steel top dents on the first dropped casting and stays dented.
