How payment works here
When you place an order, your card details are entered into a payment form operated by our
payment processor under PCI‑DSS. Those details are transmitted directly to the
processor. Ilzel Industries never sees, handles or stores a full card number. What we receive
is confirmation that the payment succeeded, the card brand, and the last four digits so that
we can match a payment to an order.
What appears on your statement
Purchases show as ILZEL INDUSTRIES.
If a charge appears that you do not recognise, please email
support@ilzelindustries.store with the amount and the date
before raising it with your bank. We can identify the order and refund it the same
business day if it is ours to refund. A dispute raised with a bank typically takes six to ten
weeks to resolve and we would both rather avoid it.
One charge, one order
We take a single payment at the time of order. We do not place card details on file, we do
not run recurring billing, and nothing on this site enrols you in a subscription. If you ever
see a repeat charge from us, it is an error — tell us and we will reverse it.
The checks that run on every payment
| Check | What it does |
|---|---|
| AVS | Compares the billing address you enter against the address your card issuer holds. |
| CVV | Confirms the three or four digit security code printed on the card. |
| 3-D Secure | Where your bank requires it, you confirm the payment in your banking app or by a one-time code. |
| TLS | Every page, including checkout, is served over an encrypted connection. |
If a payment is declined, the decline comes from your card issuer and we are not told why.
The usual causes are a mistyped billing address, an expired card or an issuer limit. Checking
the billing address matches your statement resolves most of them.
How we protect your account and data
- Administrative access is individually credentialed and restricted to staff who need it.
- We store no card numbers, so there are none to lose.
- Order records are retained for seven years for tax purposes and then deleted.
- We do not sell personal data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
If something looks wrong
Contact us first. Nearly every payment question — an unfamiliar descriptor, a pending
authorisation, a double-looking charge — is resolved in one email, same day. Our
details:
- Email — support@ilzelindustries.store
- Order enquiries — orders@ilzelindustries.store
- Post — Ilzel Industries LLC, 18331 Pines Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33029, United States
- Hours — Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Eastern
Why a descriptor can look unfamiliar
Card statements have limited room and show a merchant’s registered trading name rather than
the name of an individual product or a page you browsed. Ours shows as
ILZEL INDUSTRIES, which is the name this business trades under.
If the person who placed the order is not the cardholder — a gift, a shared household
card, a colleague ordering on a company card — the descriptor is the usual reason a
charge looks unfamiliar. Checking with them resolves most queries in a minute.
Declined payments
A decline is issued by your card issuer, not by us, and the issuer does not tell us why.
In order of how often we see them, the causes are:
- The billing address entered does not match the one the issuer holds.
- The card has expired or been reissued with a new expiry date.
- A per-transaction or daily limit on the account.
- An issuer fraud rule triggered by an online purchase from a new merchant.
Re-entering the billing address exactly as it appears on your statement fixes the majority.
If it still declines, your issuer can authorise it in about a minute over the telephone.
Refunds and how they appear
A refund is sent back to the card used for the purchase. It does not arrive as a payment
into your account; it reverses against the original charge, which is why it sometimes appears
dated to the day of the purchase rather than the day of the refund. Allow three to five
business days after we issue it.
Keeping your own account safe
- We will never ask for your full card number or security code by email or telephone.
- We will never ask for online banking credentials for any reason.
- Our emails come only from the ilzelindustries.store domain.
- We never send a link asking you to “re-enter payment details” for an order.
If you receive something claiming to be from us that does any of the above, it is not us.
Forward it to support@ilzelindustries.store and delete it.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you have found a security weakness in this site, write to us with the detail
and we will acknowledge within two business days. We will not pursue anyone who reports an
issue to us in good faith and who does not access or alter other people’s data while finding it.
